Cancellation & Refund Policy . *

At Gaza Coffee, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.

  • Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (coffee and perishable goods), we do not accept returns.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for shipments already processed.

  • Wholesale Orders

For bulk/wholesale orders, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a partial refund depending on preparation and sourcing costs.
